Mirasoft Ltd (former branch of Swiss company Miratech AG) has been in business since 1992 when it was founded by a group of scientists of the Institute of Cybernetics (leading research institute of the National Academy of Sciences) in Kiev, Ukraine. The significant participation in development of RAD platform for ERP solutions Miracle xrp started in 1994 enabled Mirasoft to accumulate know-how in the field of complex business information systems.
